Knee injury from hockey kept me from riding for a couple weeks. I teetered on 284, going up and down by a pound or so either way. Now the knee is all healed and I am riding with my buddy Erin Hartwell. We are both doing what we love doing (riding bikes) to lose weight. Thus far, I have in 5+ hours in the saddle this week and there is no end in sight. Planning on a couple hours in the morning every day this week. This, quite honestly, is the most I have ridden in at least a decade. But that new road bike of mine makes me WANT to ride a lot. Its fun, handles well, is comfy enough on pave, etc. etc. etc. thats it for now. I need to get home and get some dinner in me and then its off for wine night at Dawsons! Yaaaay! See you soon!

DW

Upsalls Lynskey!

Mike Upsall took delivery of his Lynskey custom bike a week or so ago.
Heres a few pics!

Congrats Mike!
